Wonderful!
I really love this soundtrack. I would have given 5 stars but for the omission of the rousing, rollicking chariot race theme at the beginning of the movie. It is unfathomable to me that that was left off the CD. Otherwise, this is a beautiful collection of songs from the movie. Some are toe-tappers, some are hum-alongs, some are so beautiful and stirring they move me to tears.
Good Album, Not As Good as "The Lion King"
I enjoy Hans Zimmer's animated scores, and this is no exception. However, I couldn't help feeling that the power and emotion so prominant in "The Lion King" wasn't quite present here. Of course, this soundtrack has plenty of majestic highlights, and I reccomend it.
Beautiful music accompanied by a astounding movie.
This soundtrack is really good my daughter plays it on and off depending on her mood. Songs ranging from modern day pop to traditional Hebrew, this CD has it all. With songs by Stephen Shwartz and instrumentals written and produced by Hans Zimmer the music is indescribable.
