A lost treasure

This is one of the saddest/best albums to own. It's absolutely wonderful, blending covers of some of your favorite blues/standards with original music. If you're a Smallville fan, you might even remember that haunting rendition of Time after Time. The only sad part of this is that Eva is gone and we will never be able to get new things from an incredibly talented artist.

Not the best of Eva's

Her voice could make any song sound fantastic. This is just not one of my favorites of hers and I am sure that I feel this way because of the song selection. Some of them just don't work for me. However, her voice is just buttery and mezmermizing. I love singing to her songs at the top of my lungs.
