Top 10 CD

The Mirror Conspiracy is another great blend of electronica, lounge, raga, afro-beat, latin-stylings and downright cool tunes. There are a lot of musical stylings going on. The World element really makes this album shine. I like the Jazzy element too, it reminds me a bit of "Air", "Spicehouse" and "Nuspirit Helsinki". If you're familiar with Thievery Corporation then you'll be familiar with their engrossing downbeat style and sound. If you're not familiar with Thievery Corporation - then you should be. There are a few points where the tracks jolt your ear because they don't blend into the album as well as the others. That said this cd is not one to miss.

This is currently my favorite T Corp studio album. What an excellent collection of tunes.

A trip around the world to get you where you want to be

This CD just might qualify as a lesson in world music. It includes everything from reggae to Middle-Eastern to South American styles creating the next CD any self-respecting male should have handy the next time he's trying to be suave with candles and dim lights with that nice, new special lady.
