Soothing

Halpern's Chakra Suite is the most calming and soothing thing I have ever had the privilege of listening to. I was lulled into a deep sleep within minutes, which I expected to be dreamless, but which contained some of the most vivid dreams I have had in months. I recommend this CD to anyone interested in lucid dreaming, or who just enjoys dreaming in and of itself.

inner peace has found me

I started listening to this CD the day after I bought it (I first listend to music for sound healing another of his cd's I love them both but I need more balance and my boyfriend needs more healing.) i have consistently been listening to this cd every night and now also on my way to class in fact I am listening to it as i write this review! I can't get enough. listening on the computer with headphones is great because some programs now have animation to go with your music it's windows or something. anyway you really drift off yet focus at the same time it's hard to explain until you feel it then you will be like I totally get what she is saying!!
