Simple. Melodic. Mellow. Optimistic. In only a few words I have summarized the bulk of Jack Johnson's creative and inspiring music. I own all three of Jack Johnson's albums and, as an experienced guitarist myself, have fun playing his songs even though the majority are simple and easy to play. To me, it's always a greater achievement to do more with less.
Jack's Best CD
Jack Johnson has come out with many CDs, and I find "On and On" to be the best. The smooth acoustic songs are catchy, and they all have great lyrics. Best songs are Traffic in the Sky, Rodeo Clowns, Taylor, The Horizon Has Been Defeated, and Holes to Heaven. However, all the songs are great, so go out and by this CD.
