Just sounding good wasn't doing much for his career, did comedy do the trick? Too bad the incongruous material just won't allow his voice to do what it really can under more musical circumstances. What's most funny to be is that, in good time, the -original- styles of these tunes will be just as out of style as these versions, and the joke will be dissolved.

Musical Comedy

I had a lot of fun with this CD, especially inflicting it on unsuspecting house guests. I'm very much into funny music, so I do have to make one comment: this one's not so much about the music as it is about the musical comedian. The music quality isn't the best I've heard but Richard Cheese is very funny. The last track is definitely the best because of him. Also not for listening when the kids are within earshot.
