Audio CD Description

Tiffany Arbuckle Lee (aka Plumb) is somewhat of an enigma. She doesn't constantly grace the covers of magazines or music trades, yet her art is highly regarded in Christian (and beyond) music circles as both a songwriter and artist. She draws strong vocal comparisons to Dido and Amy Lee of Evanescence, yet it was the latter's own admission that her style is modeled after Plumb.

Comments From Our Customers

Chaotic Resolve

I have to say, I was very impressed during the first listen of Plumb's new offering! It sounds to me like she's back to her Candy Coated Waterdrop days, but with more edge. I'm a traditional metal/hard rock listener, so honestly, I don't listen to too many "Christian" artist. Plumb is the exception for me though, because she truly does her thing and does it well!

A very strong album

A few months ago, before I had ever heard of plumb, I saw their CD on the new releases area of some store. Completely on a whim I decided to purchase it, hoping to diversify my musical interests. I am very thankful that I did. This CD has become something of my go-to disc. Whenever I search through my music collection, I find myself reaching for Chaotic Resolve again and again. Is has no real weak songs, which makes me enjoy listening to it in its entirety. There are just a couple songs that felt a little overdone (with the guitar hooks, for instance), but for the most part, this is a a very intelligently produced rock/electric pop album. There is a good mix of guitars, rhythms, hooks, synths, and strings; all topped off with Tiffany Lee's stunning vocals.

Plumb finally returns to her rock sound!

I noticed some of the reviews making comment that Chaotic Resolve is showcasing a "new rock sound" for plumb, but in reality its the sound that they debuted on their first CD "Plumb"! I've been unhappy with everything since because I feel they lost the edgyness that "Plumb" started with and instead had gone soft. This release brings it back and I'm very pleased.
