Comments From Our Customers

Defective product

I wish I knew if this recording was good or not. The dual format CD/DVD does not work. I thought the first defective and Amazon promptly replaced it. The newer version does not work either, it just clicks away. I tried it both in my MAC G4 as well as my Sony CD player. Nada. Invest your money is something that might actually work and avoid dual format.

Sings the Peggy Lee Songbook

Was happy with the album. I was however disappointed with the CD

Bette makes Peggy's songs her own.

It's wonderful to hear Bette Midler take on the songs of Peggy Lee. She is true to the inimitable style of Lee and yet gives every song her own musical stamp. I enjoyed all the songs and was happy that some songs like "He's a Tramp", from Walt Disney's "Lady and the Tramp" (for which Lee wrote and recorded the music) were included.
