Classically Beautiful!!!
When I first heard "Pride and Prejudice," I was amazed by the variety of arrangements it has to offer. From lively folk dances, to soft, quiet piano arrangements. If you like piano music, this is the soundtrack for you! You'll definitely find a little bit of everything in this classically beautiful score!
Style & Elegance
This beautiful score is brilliantly played by pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet. The full score is composed by Dario Marianelli. It really enhances the movie - wich I think is very wonderful - and do not sufocate the story.
Stole from the classics
While this is a very lovely CD most of the music is stolen from classical music. I dont know how composers get away with this but the "original" music was stolen from Schubert, Mussorgsky and others. The movie is very nice but I could not believe how unoriginal this music is. Bah hambug.
