Generic off the shelf drum beat stuff

I can see by the abundance of good reviews that the formula of using template beats is alive and well. Any one of us could have made this album. Just go to a neighborhood teenager with a drum machine pay him $100 to purchase 11 minutely variant beats and you have this album.

well done

Ok good CD. im not suprised. Ok jaheim may not have the b best voice but his music is good and it goes will with the voice that he has. Yes yall this album does use profanity but the songs actually have meanings. I like that daddy thing song, and like a dj. This album looks at issues from a mans point of view. Ya know we've heard the angry woman and how the man did t his and that now jaheim looks at it from a males view. Ok yall i know he is not the first one to do this but he did it well. Also this is a break from that [...] that is played on the radio.

Waiting for the expected masterpiece

Even if i love many modern R&B artists, previously quoted in these reviews, i think that Jaheim's voice it's truly the best in the contemporary R&B scene. Every comparison with Teddy Pendergrass isn't disrespectful. Sampling an old song isn't enough to remake a classic, if you haven't a musical sensitivity that comes straight from your soul. Fortunately, Jaheim have this kind of sensitivity...and this is the reason why i'm an huge fan of him.
