Lunatico is marvelous and adventurous album that engages you from the very first note and never lets you go. Laced with subtle percussion, hypnotizing acoustic guitars, and seductive Spanish vocals, Lunatico is a brave and exotic experiment that simply works. Gotan Project have really broken new ground here, and for that they should be commended and listened to over and over again - and I can guarantee that you will.

this feels a lot like revancha del tango, which is exactly what i wanted since i've pretty much worn that cd through. it's a bit funkier in places, but still has that sexy tango beat going throughout. i would absolutely recommend this to anyone...i can't imagine who it wouldn't appeal to. all of the songs are great, but i like criminal and diferente in particular.

after the whole vibe "spicehouse " has created recentlly i must add that this is the cream of the cream in inovating music. i mean the genre "tango" has always been something of a mistery reserved to "wise old men" sort of say. this album transcends all that for the new generation.
