Like another reviewer said, this is not groundbreaking or anything but just good ole country metal, ass kickin, in your face music! I have been a Coe and Pantera fan for a long time so that proably helps me to like this cd more than most, but if you are a fan of country or metal or both give this cd a listen with an open mind and a good buzz on and you may enjoy! Keep on rockin COE!!! RIP Dimebag!!!!!!

A great collaboration - 'fun' more than 'incredible'

What I like hearing about this project is how much fun Dime and Vinny had doing it. David Allen Coe is as old school as it gets. The last true country music rebel still going full throttle. His passion matches what Pantera was doing on the metal scene. Getting him and Dime together to collaborate? Wow. Wish I could've been a fly on the wall for those sessions.
