A little story
I've only listened to this cd once (I got it yesterday). I love Rhythm, and Grace, and I've been a Paul Simon fan since he was Simon and--. I got to the point where I could hear the beauty in You're the One, and I know I will get to that point with Surprise as well.
Surprise......Should be disappointment !!
There was a time when certain artists released a new CD, and you just went out and bought it. But one night when we all went to bed something changed, the next morning we woke up to the new order, Buyer Beware! It seems you can't trust anything anymore. It's called marketing.
Grows on you
Like everybody, I had been waiting a long time for this. Paul Simon is one of those guys who is easy to dismiss, but then you listen and listen and you realize he's done it again. Usually. And Eno! I'm a huge fan, since Roxy.
